What we collect

When you submit a quote request, we collect your name, phone, email, service address or nearest cross street, city, ZIP, the service you need, urgency, property type, a short description, and any photos you choose to upload.

How we use it

We use the information solely to route your tree service request to one local service provider. That single provider may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. Your information is not sold or shared with multiple companies for bidding.

Photo retention

Uploaded photos are stored privately in Cloudflare R2 and attached to the lead email when possible. Private backup copies are automatically deleted after two days, although lifecycle processing may take up to an additional 24 hours.

Lead records

The website does not maintain an admin dashboard or permanent lead database. The receiving provider is responsible for information retained in their email account after delivery.
