What we collect

When you submit a tree-service request, we collect your name, phone, email, service address or nearest cross street, city, ZIP, the service you need, urgency, property type, a short description, and any photos you choose to upload.

How we use it

We use the information to send your request to Jecker Field Services so the team can contact you about scope, pricing, scheduling, and availability. Your request is not sold to a bidding pool or routed to multiple companies.

Photo retention

Uploaded photos are stored privately in Cloudflare R2 and attached to the lead email when possible. Private backup copies are automatically deleted after two days, although lifecycle processing may take up to an additional 24 hours.

Lead records

The website does not maintain an admin dashboard or permanent lead database. Information delivered by email may remain in the receiving Jecker Field Services email account according to its normal business practices.
